To publish Android apps on Google Play, you’ll have to make a Google Play Developer account using the following link :- Google Developer Console Registration Url.
Steps
- Sign Up and accept the Developer Distribution Agreement of Google Play Developer account.
- Pay enrollment charge.
- Fill your account details.
Example
You have to login with your google account.
Now you can able to see the following screen as shown below.
You have to accept developer agreement. And click on Continue to Payment Button.
Note:- Please remember that your debit/credit card must be enabled with the international transaction facility and it is registered on VBV(Verified By Visa).
After successful registration you can see the following screen and you will also get an email from google for the transaction detail of google developer account in your gmail account. Please don’t delete it and make it as a star message and send this mail to your another alternative mail account as a backup. Because in future when you have to transfer your application from one developer account to the different developer console account at that time you need this Transaction Id for the app transfer.
